"Joy is prayer; joy is strength: joy is love; joy is a net of love by which you can catch souls."
~ Mother Teresa
Joy is beauty too. And joy is
healthful.
I just read that joy can strengthen our immune systems and disperse worries, anxieties, irritation, and greed. It can sharpen our intellects and improve memory.
But wait, there is more. When we exude joy, we touch others with its positive energy and they benefit in healthy ways.
May joy be our prayer today. Perhaps simply by being filled with joy and using it - and receiving its benefits and giving benefits to others - we
are praying "Thank you."
What might today's doorway be? Picture something that you love to do, something that readily stirs your joy and for which you feel grateful. Enter into that experience as best you can, in reality or your imagination. Let that be your doorway.
To joy,
Charlene
PS - My doorway is a red rock arch, one of many I saw when I
lived in Sedona, Arizona and visited Arches National Park in Utah. I often revisit both places in joyful memories.

JOY: May it keep your heart open and filled with light.
