TODAY'S TOUCHSTONE

"Sometimes, I feel like one who is on the sidelines, who has missed life itself."

          ~ Nelson Mandela

If Nelson Mandela sometimes felt that way about himself, what might that say to the rest of us ?

It appears that we all sometimes feel small.

In many ways, Nelson Mandela encouraged us to think big, to dream boldly, and to work toward our highest goals with love, courage, and hope.

"There is no passion to be found playing small - in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living," he said.

What do you say about this?

Like many people, you may have mixed thoughts and feelings about what you have done in the past and are presently doing.

Given who we really are, with the gifts and talents we have been given, let's listen for what wisdom is guiding us to do today and in the year ahead.

Every one of us is here for a reason.

To making a life while making a difference,
Charlene
