TODAY'S TOUCHSTONE

"Ever since happiness heard your name, it has been running through the streets, trying to find you."
                        ~ Hafiz

Yes, Hafiz again. For some reason I am feeling compelled to stay with his words one more day.

Too many of us have been feeling in the darkness lately, or frightened, or discouraged, or depressed, or anxious, or angry.

May we remember what we once knew about our beauty, our strengths, and our wondrousness. May we remember what we knew about the awesomeness of life and our being here. May we remember to hope and to be happy.

"Stay close to anything that makes you feel glad you are alive," Hafiz also wrote, and  "I will always lean my heart as close to your soul as I can."

May we lean in today, with our hearts toward one another's souls.

With love and compassion,
Charlene
