"I am a hole in the flute that the Christ's breath moves through - listen to this music."
~
Hafiz
I often bring to mind the similar Mother Teresa quote about each of us being a pencil in the hand of God writing love letters to the world. Just a moment's recall of that poetic touchstone can shift and elevate my sense of who I am, of others, and my view of reality.
This Hafiz quote does that same thing.
I am hoping that it will stir something powerful in you too, such as remembering that you are an
expression of the Divine.
You are gifted, talented, beautiful, creative, worthy, amazing...a beloved child of the Creator.
You have the power to make a difference by being the one-and-only, authentic you, an instrument of God's music.
Before you leave, please take into your mind, heart, and soul another quote from the 14th century Persian poet, Hafiz:
"I caught the happiness virus last night when I was out singing beneath the stars."
However we do it, whether or not we sang beneath the stars last night, may we catch the happiness virus today and spread it as widely as we can.
With love,
Charlene
