“Your hand opens and closes, opens and closes. If it were always a fist or always stretched open, you would be paralysed. Your deepest presence is in every small contracting and expanding, the two as beautifully balanced and coordinated as birds' wings.”
~
Rumi
We sometimes forget that within harmony, within balance, within wholeness and holiness, there are the opposites.
Like a hand, like flowers, like doors and windows, our hearts open and close, open and close.
We breathe in; we breathe out.
We give; we
receive.
We laugh; we cry.
We believe; we doubt.
May we accept and appreciate who we are, what we are, moment by moment.
With love and compassion,
Charlene
