We know this, don't we? At least in our heads? In principle?
If
you're like me, you forget this sometimes.
Despite all that I have read, heard, written, and practiced, I'm still affected by all the years of conditioning to aim for goals and to think in terms of arriving at the destination.
Let's shift our thinking today and enjoy our journey.
Might you be able to make today a day of
rest? Play? Adventure? Creativity? Healing?
Or...what is your ideal for this day?
Whatever we are aiming for, let's head in that direction with love, hope, and joy.
And, toward the good life for ourselves and others: let's take in lots of deep breaths and give out lots of smiles.
