TODAY'S TOUCHSTONE

"Hope never abandons you, you abandon it."

                       ~George Weinberg

When you're weary, feeling small, whenever you're feeling a sense of hopelessness, remember that hope is always present and available.

Hope, love, joy, strength, courage...our inner strengths never abandon us, but sometimes it feels as if they are missing or dormant.

Throughout this day, whenever a painful feeling arises, first Let it be. Let it be, as another song goes. Whatever the feeling is, let it be, with self-kindness.

Then, you may wish to employ the mustard seed activity. Simply hold a mustard seed - or any little seed - in the palm of your hand. Consider the enormous growth that can come forth from the seed. Consider too, how you have at least a smidgen of faith and with any faith at all, miracles are possible.

However we are feeling this day, let's be open to possibilities, to growth, to healings, to awakenings, to miracles of all kinds.

With faith,
Charlene

PS -  "I keep my heart and my soul and my spirit open to miracles," say Patrick Swayze. What do you say?
