TODAY'S TOUCHSTONE

"When we meet real tragedy in life, we can react in two ways - either by losing hope and falling into self-destructive habits, or by using the challenge to find our inner strength. Thanks to the teachings of Buddha, I have been able to take this second way."

                         ~ Dalai Lama

For all that we are facing individually and collectively, let's respond with hope and reach deeper into strength, courage, compassion, and wisdom. Love too. In every challenge, there are opportunities for healings, advancements, awakenings, and more.

With faith, let's use our imaginations to vision great good coming.

And whenever we fall into thoughts and feelings of despair, let's practice self-compassion and again reach for hope, strength and all that we need.

Let's kindly remember that "Life is one long experiment in learning," as Terri Guillemets and others have said. You may have said.

What do you say of all this?

Listening,
Charlene
