This is perhaps Louise Hay's most famous quote. Certainly it is one that expanded the thinking of millions of her readers.
In honor of Louise, who passed away on Wednesday at age 90, I'd like to share two more of her quotes for Today's Touchstone reflection.
"If you accept a limiting belief, then it will become a truth for you."
May wisdom help us recognize our limiting beliefs and lead us to truth.
