Reaching for respect-building among us, may we each do some thoughtful thing that touches the life of one other person today. It can be something simple and easy to do. It may seem small and ordinary, but let's not underestimate its power. As Desmond Tutu also said:
Your ordinary acts of love and hope
point to the extraordinary promise that every human life is of inestimable value.
Let's also consider that we are not alone in making caring gestures to one another. There are many of us, some moved by this specific touchstone, many more moved by countless other motivators, with Spirit behind and within every prompting toward healing and peace.
