And with a sense of caring, we can cultivate a sense of community anywhere and everywhere.
Clearly we see a great deal of caring in Houston, Texas now. Neighbors are helping neighbors in extraordinary ways. Our hearts are opened with hope as we witness the caring actions of people. Our hearts are also opened - with compassion - as we watch the
disastrous damage and flooding there.
May we continue to care for, pray for, and help the victims of Harvey. And may we become increasingly caring for all who are in harm's way anywhere.
Imagine if day-by-day we chose to care for our sisters and brothers near and far,
everywhere.
