The face of one particular woman in our 55+ community appears in my mind as I read this quote. She must consistently carry good thoughts in hers because her countenance is always radiant. Even her wrinkles are lovely.
She's not glamorous. Wearing simple clothing, free-styled hair and no
make-up, her appearance might be described as plain. But she's truly beautiful. Perhaps that's because her inner beauty shines through like the sun on a cloudless day.
We all have such beauty within us. Let's shine ours out into the world and on to all that we encounter today.
Let's carry good thoughts. Loving feelings too. They're not heavy. In fact, they're
light.
Let's also watch for opportunities to put beauty into action.
