Earlier this week, I shared with you my beach umbrella accident/miracle story. Today and tomorrow, before my husband and I return to our home in central Florida, I want to use the
garden here at Sanibel Moorings as inspiration for our touchstone reflecting.
When I came across the above quote, I realized that, up until now, I had not thought of Mother Earth as having talent!
Sorry dear Mother. I saw your wisdom, love, nurturing, beauty, and strength, but I had not associated all
your amazing qualities and your awesome power with "talent."
What about you, dear reader? Have you considered that Mother Nature has talent?
This I do know: when I appreciate any aspect, quality, or gift of
Nature, I feel more alive. I feel more grounded. I feel more connected. And I fall into love.
Today, let's appreciate the talent of Mother Earth as well as our own.
