That's what little boys are made of too. That's what you and I are made of.
Let's help one another, especially the children in our lives, recognize the natural qualities that are built into us.
Consider this:
Starting today, or at least for today, become a scout, not the usual kind who looks for models, actors, and singers. Be on the lookout to observe courage, compassion, hope, strength, joy - all twelve gifts - being demonstrated. Talent too, of course. Watch for what you notice in others and comment on the displays of gifts and aspects of talent you see, both large and small.
Our gifts and talents are nurtured when we know we are seen and
heard with appreciation.
