~ Cicero
Oh, that we may hear and heed the wisdom of all who have encouraged us throughout the ages to be guided by warm hearts and not
hot-heads.
The musical version of The Prayer of St. Francis comes to mind for me. Can you hear the song in yours?
"Where there is hatred let me sow love
Where there is injury, pardon
Where there is doubt, faith
Where there is despair, hope
Where there is darkness, light
And where there
is sadness, joy."
Let's seek to understand one another. Led by our noble souls, let's aim to see the dignity and value in people of all cultures, countries, colors, creeds, and ways of seeing. Not only will such respect be wise, it will help us to be more healthy, safe, and peaceful. Joyful too!
With love and reverence,
Charlene
