"Live quietly in the moment and see the beauty of all before you."
~ Yogananda
Let's take this to heart.
At least once today, pause and, for a few minutes, become still and silent. Slow and deepen your
breath. Soften your shoulders. Relax any tightness you are feeling. Release worries as best you can. Become open.
You may not see "the beauty of all before you." Yogananda is suggesting we live this way. If we live in the present, we will see that we are in beauty and beauty is in us.
But see what you can see, what you do see. Be willing and receptive and see what form
of beauty comes to you.
With love and joy,
Charlene
