"We can only be said to be fully alive when our hearts are conscious of our treasures."

You've no doubt noticed that sometimes you feel heightened hope, joy, and aliveness. You might even think or say, "I feel fully alive!"
I can recall feeling that way several times when I've been "near death." I don't mean times that I almost died, but times when a loved one was dying and during and after the funeral. At those times, my heart was conscious of the treasure
that life is, the treasure of my parents, grandparents, and others.
I can also recall feeling vibrantly alive after workshops and retreats that opened my heart so fully that I felt as if I could fly.
What can we do to better appreciate our treasures in ordinary circumstances, in our everyday life?
I'd love to hear from you. I hope I do!
Holding hope (but not my breath...ha
ha),

PS - Just kidding. I know that I'll hear from at least a few of you. I hope that you will be among them.
