At first this quote seems to be about courage and faith; and it is. But I hear hope in this too. Do you?

I'm also reminded of the Chronicles 4:10 quote, also known as the Prayer of Jabez:

"Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory!" 

Our "territory" can mean many things, including our capacity to hope, to be brave, to have faith, to forgive, to love, to be aware, to experience reverence and so much more. 

Today, let's ask for help to be able to laugh at ourselves and to love ourselves and others. Let's ask for expanded hope too.
