TODAY'S TOUCHSTONE

"You may have noticed sometime or other a plant sprouting through the concrete of a city street. The urge to growth is one of the strongest needs of any living thing."

                            ~ Linda Kavelin Popov

The urge to grow - as well as to become, learn, create, heal, hang on, survive, thrive, do, be, live -the strength behind all that and more is a part of your very nature.

"Consider a tree for a moment," as Joyce Meyer said. "As beautiful as trees are to look at, we don't see what goes on underground...In much the same way, what goes on inside of us is like the roots of a tree."

We can learn so much from nature.

On this last day in January, let's trust that strength is indeed in our nature. Tomorrow, we begin a focus on beauty, which is also in our nature.

Truly,

Charlene
