"Anything you're good at contributes to happiness."
~ Bertrand Russell
Doing what we love, doing what we're "good at," strengthens not only our own well-being, it contributes to the "gross national happiness" and to
the greater good of all.
Too often we think "what-comes-easily" is nothing. But such things are significant, valuable and powerful. What comes naturally is among our gifts, part of our unique talentry and among our strengths.
Today, and for the next few days, pay special attention and notice things you do with grace, ease and joy. Elevate them
in your own eyes if you have been taking them for granted.
Give thanks for them and celebrate the wonder of you.
With love and reverence,
Charlene
