TODAY'S TOUCHSTONE

"Perhaps the most 'spiritual' thing any of us can do is simply to look through our own eyes, see with eyes of wholeness, and act with integrity and kindness.”

                               ~ Jon Kabat-Zinn

Perhaps this is the most impactful thing we can do too.

Today, let's strengthen the well-being within us and among us by following the above guidance from mindfulness master, Jon Kabat-Zinn.

First, let's recognize and respect that we are seeing from own perspective and that everyone else is seeing in their own way too.

Second, let's intend and aim to see the whole precious personhood of everyone we encounter.

Third, and last but not least, above all, let's be kind, keeping in mind this wisdom from Henry James:

"Three things in human life are important: the first is to be kind; the second is to be kind; and the third is to be kind."

If you wish, simplify today's suggested activity with:
1. Be Kind.
2. Be Kind.
3. Be Kind.

For peace,
Charlene
