"As soon as you concern yourself with the 'good' and 'bad' of your fellows, you create an opening in your heart for maliciousness to enter. Testing, competing with, and criticizing others weaken and defeat you."
~ Morihei Ueshiba
There are things that strengthen us and things that weaken us.
For our
physical, mental, emotional and spiritual strength, let's release the things that do not serve our highest good and well-being, such as fear, guilt, regrets and resentments, envy, negative judgments, and comparing ourselves with others.
But instead of focusing on those things, even with the intention of releasing them, consider this today:
Imagine your heart like a dry erase board.
With the soft cloth of compassion,
clear away the marks and start fresh.
If troubling issues come up today, consider blessing them. They hold opportunities for healing, learning and
growing.
Bring the gifts of hope, love and compassion to all circumstances.
For strength,
Charlene
