A few days ago, I
used the song "I hope you dance." You may recall, the quote was, " I hope you never lose your sense of wonder."
We could easily highlight every line from this beautiful song.
On this New Year's Eve day, I want to use the refrain:
I hope you dance.
I hope you dance.
Perhaps, like me, you'll be literally dancing tonight. Or perhaps you'll enjoy a quiet evening of reflection before midnight and the start
of 2018.
Either way, whatever you do, be all in.
Let's consider making "Be all in" one of our touchstone mottos for the year ahead.
Opportunities do come when we are "on the dance floor" in spirit, when we are "all in." Guidance too. Help of all sorts arrives when we need it.
A famous William H. Murray quote comes to mind. Essentially it says, the moment we step onto the dance floor, even sooner, when we say "Yes, I'll
dance," Providence meets us and leads us. So, let's dance with faith.
