Moments. May we appreciate them more.
I recently saw a cartoon with a dog and a man sitting side-by-side. A bubble of their thoughts appeared over their heads. The man's bubble was filled with many thoughts about the past, the future, things he wanted to possess, and things he wanted to accomplish. The dog's bubble was simple. He was completely in the present moment, experiencing the breezes, the scents and the sounds around him while sitting
contentedly, perhaps blissfully, next to his best friend.
Today, let's try to be like that dog, at least a little.
Happily,
Charlene
