TODAY'S TOUCHSTONE

"The greatest evil that can befall man is that he should come to think ill of himself."
                  ~ Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

I pray this doesn't happen to you, to me, to any of us.

But haven't we all fallen into the pitiful, problematic pit of self scorn at times? If you're in such a pit right now, please forgive yourself for judging yourself harshly and for buying into any and all negatives messages you may have heard from others and from your own self-talk.

Today and every day, please remember that you are worthy and valuable, gifted and good, beautiful and amazing, precious. Everyone is. And everyone deserves to be treated kindly and with respect, if not reverence.

Truly,
Charlene
