You don't have to reach beyond the moon. You don't have change the world. But please know you have so much more strength, beauty, courage, talent, love, compassion, hope, joy, patience and passion than you realize.
Also, know that you are affecting the world, by being you.

world, tune in. Ask. Listen. What is yours to do now? Perhaps it is following a dream. Do you know that dream? Or is it a resting time? Is it healing in some way? Learning? Recovering? Discovering?
