TODAY'S TOUCHSTONE

"It's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see."
                           ~ Henry David Thoreau

We've all heard this before. It's what we look for, how we see and what we expect to see that determines our perception and experience.

Mindful of this, if we want to see good things unfolding, let's approach where we go and what we do with hope. Carrying loving compassion will soften, sweeten and sanctify how we see.  And child-like wonderment is called for if we wish to marvel at anything large or small. Wonder, and reverence, lead to awe.

And whether we journey through this once-in-all-eternity day in a zestful or restful way, let's expect to see the beauty of it.

Gratefully,
Charlene
