Too many of us work or worry too much, or work and worry too much.
For our own good and the good of all, it's time to wake up, wiggle our way out of the whirlwind of overwork and wean ourselves from the habit of woeful worrying.
With renewed wisdom, let's rest more.
How might you do that today?
Here's a thought: take a leisurely walk. Wander, wonder and wish. Daydream. Imagine. Visualize. Be inspired and guided.
Whatever you do, do it your way. Most of all, relax and allow for healing.
