"Hope fills the holes of my frustration in my heart."
~ Emanuel

We often react with frustration when our plans are thwarted. Presently, many of us are frustrated with conditions in our country and the world.
Frustration can spiral into despair and depression, into resentment and anger, into a whole host of dark and painful feelings, in fact.
But
wait. There's hope. There's always hope.
"There are dark shadows on the earth," said Charles Dickens. "But its lights are stronger in the contrast."
Let's look toward the lights and allow hope to fill all the holes in our hearts. Then, let's become bearers of light ourselves. Carriers of kindness too.
For the
good of all,
Charlene
