Limiting thoughts. False beliefs. We all have some. Some of them we know well. Some, we don't know at all. Did you know that false and limiting beliefs were forming
in us even before we spoke our first sentence?
Beginning gently, let's forgive ourselves for all the times and the ways we spoke harshly to ourselves, for all the times we accepted false and limiting beliefs, and for all the times we chose to believe that we are not good enough.
It helps to actually say, "I forgive myself for....." Let's do this until we feel something lifting from our hearts or lungs, our bellies or heads and shoulders.
Now let's replace that with something positive. It could be gratitude. It could be with the affirmation: I AM enough. It could be with a vision of our highest dreams. It could be with self-love.
Whatever we do, let's give ourselves a hug.
