"To achieve greatness, start where you are, use what you have, do what you can." ~ Arthur Ashe
Have you ever felt that you don't have enough time, money, talent, connections, know-how, energy, experience, gumption, strength, courage, faith, hope, or anything else to reach a dream? Or should the question be "How often do you feel some form of not-enoughness?"
At times, we all think limiting thoughts and experience feelings that limit our thinking.
Today, whether you have a clear, grand idea; a fledgling one; a fuzzy one; or an idea that has not yet made itself known to you, please start by accepting where you are.
Let's accept ourselves and the conditions of our lives right now. We can go anywhere from where we are.
Every new month, every new moment, is a good time to refresh ourselves.
Along with being mindfully present as best we can, let's take slow breathing breaks and smile often throughout this day.
Let's ask for guidance to know what to use and how to do what we can. Listen. Hold faith. Answers will come.
Truly,
Charlene
