"You can do anything as long as you have the passion, the drive, the focus, and the support." ~ Sabrina Bryan
This quote reminds me of two things. The first is flying a kite. If we have a desire to fly a kite and we have a kite to fly, we still need wind. To succeed we need lift, drag, thrust, and weight.
The second thing is a set of questions to ask ourselves when we have a "big" dream. If we can answer "Yes" to all of them, we are on to something "big," something inspired.
In your dream, will you be using your natural talents and abilities?
Will doing what you visualize bring you joy?
Will it serve others? Is there something in your dream that will contribute to the greater good of all?
And, is this dream beyond your present abilities? Will you need help to accomplish it?
These are not the exact questions, but they are close.
Let's focus on the last question. Will we need help?
If we have a beloved dream and yet we feel not quite enough to be the one to carry it out, if we feel not yet up to it, not ready, not skilled enough...if we need guidance, grace, and help from above and help from others, that's a good sign that it is an inspired dream and it is ours to do.
If these questions resonate with you, do your part, ask for help, and trust. Be ready for your windy day. The world needs you to fly your kite.
With love, joy, and faith,
Charlene,
