Imagine if every man, woman, and child felt valuable. Imagine if we all recognized our gifts, developed our potential, and encouraged others to do the same. 

In so many little ways, we can add energy to humanity's movement in that direction. Smiles. Honest praise. Kindness. Courtesies. Respect. 

Let's also avoid adding even the tiny weight of a snowflake or a feather to the feelings of unworthiness that billions of people have all over the world.

If you begin to have a judgmental thought about yourself or someone else, imagine that thought is a feather. Take a deep breath while watching a gust of wind carry it away, along with all negative thoughts that weigh you down and slow progress toward your dreams.

Let's welcome love, compassion, and reverence into our lives and wish all of humanity well.
