"The vote is the most powerful nonviolent tool we have." ~ John Lewis
John Lewis also said, "Never become
hostile. Hate is too big a burden to bear."
And when hate grows unchecked, it eventually leaves no room for love. Hate blocks hope, joy, and good judgment too.
Besides exercising our right to vote and keeping hope in our hearts, let's contribute something meaningful toward unity, harmony, and peace today. Remember to practice at least one sincere act of kindness on this 6th day of November.
Tomorrow I plan to report on my Pay It Forward
experiences as I traveled to New Jersey for my aunt's funeral last Friday . Feel free to share experiences you are having toward making this a Nurturing and Noble, Numinous and Neighborly, Truly Nice November.
With reverence for all,
Charlene
