Dear fascinating beings,

We are all in this together. How might we each cultivate within ourselves and in our communities an atmosphere of acceptance and kindness?

Within our communities we can begin with smiles, eye contact, holding doors, and speaking up with respect for all when disparaging remarks are made about any group of people. I know that some of you, perhaps many, have ideas beyond these and are, in fact, taking action in your communities.

And let's not overlook cultivating this more deeply in ourselves.
