"There is no wrong way to perform an act of kindness.”

Today's message is a Pay It Forward sharing from touchstone friend, Cathy.
Thank you for sharing this experience, Cathy. I love your idea! The last example gave me chills. I probably won't be the only one imitating you.
"I hand made 18 Beautiful envelopes, filled them each with 10 $1.00 bills and gave them to my entire family. The rules were that I was giving them the gift to then choose who they would pass the gift along to. They could spend all of their money on one person or could split it up as they thought fit. After spending the $10.00 I gave them they could re-fill the envelope and keep it going all year long. The gift has been amazing. Everyone would text the entire Family after they "passed it on” and share the story with the group. Talk about a gift that kept on giving!!!
"The stories were amazing and all of them different. Two people saw 3 Nuns in line to buy ice cream and they chose to buy the ice cream for them. Another, while going into a store, saw a young man sitting in the rain who obviously had no where to go. She told me that normally, she would have just passed him by, but she looked at him differently that day. She noticed he was the same age as my son and thought that it could have been him. She handed him the money, they
exchanged a look of gratitude when he looked deeply into her eyes and she said it was an amazing feeling.
Imagine if everyone gave the gift of caring this Christmas. How Beautiful it would be."
Yes,
Beautiful!
Joyful too,
Charlene
