Massive amounts of information bombard us every day. It's part of the reason many of us often feel tired and have trouble distinguishing between what's important and what's trivial. We need breathing space and self-care that's just right for
us.
One way to hear how wisdom is guiding us to that is to tune in with kindness. I hope you'll join me in this today.
We'll begin with positive self talk. If we catch ourselves scolding or belittling ourselves, we'll apologize to ourselves with sincerity and courtesy. We'll graciously forgive ourselves and make a fresh start. All day long
we'll aim to be both givers and receivers of kindness.
