"Smile, it is the key that fits the lock of everybody's heart." ~ Anthony J.
D'Angelo
Smiling does open hearts, ours as well as others. I hear someone saying, "What if I am not in the mood to smile? What if I'm feeling angry or I'm feeling depressed?"
I hear you. There are times when smiling would seem fake to me too, and we do need to be honest and real with ourselves and others.
But there's also a balance to be found. Sometimes smiling is exactly
what we need to move us through the dark prickly feelings to the warm, loving, and fuzzy ones.
Let's tune in to wisdom and be guided both to being authentic and to being in the essence of our being, which is loving and smiling, naturally.
With grace, ease and joy,
Charlene
