"Always be ready to have the time of your life."

This post is about good wishes-best wishes actually. Recently, Frank and I were invited to a birthday party. The invitation said, "NO GIFTS, JUST BRING BEST WISHES."
Well, that sounded like a fun challenge and an opportunity. How might we actually bring "BEST WISHES"? In a bucket, I decided.
I'm sharing this idea in case you may want
to try it. Although I didn't hear from the birthday woman who got our first bucket of best wishes, I had so much fun making that bucket, and five more after it, that the response of any particular recipient hasn't mattered. The joy has been in the creating of wishes in pretty folded papers, sealed with a gold sticker, and in the giving of them.
Yesterday I did hear from a BUCKET
OF GOOD WISHES recipient, the fifth one. She told me that she opens one first thing each morning and reads that wish throughout the day. She plans to do this for others. What a compliment. I'm honored. Perhaps the idea of this gesture will appeal to you too.
Tomorrow I'll share some of the "best wishes" I have given, and show how I presented them. Consider this possible food for thought and nourishment for hearts.
Souls too,
Charlene
PS - However we do it, let's often give love, kindness, and best wishes to one another.
JOY: May it keep your heart open and filled with light.
