"Infinite riches are all around you if you will open your mental eyes and behold the treasure house of infinity within
you. There is a gold mine within you from which you can extract everything you need to live life gloriously, joyously, and abundantly."
~ Joseph Murphy
Let's open the eyes of our hearts too. Let's open our hearts, period. We won't necessarily behold the treasure
house of infinity within. But we might. Besides, with opened minds and hearts, we will surely be enriched with something.
When we do glimpse this inner treasure, how long do you suppose we will hold on to what we behold? Transcendent sightings and sensings are usually fleeting. A discernment of our inner treasure may come and go like a flash of lightening. Yes, we will hold a
permanent impression of it within us. Will it be enough to live each day in an enlightened, loving way?
With or without perceiving the inner treasure house, I believe it's there. And I want to live each day as if I am beholding the abundant wealth, the dazzling beauty, and the wondrous worth in you and in me.
To help with that, I use touchstones - touchstone quotes, touchstone stories, touchstone music, touchstone stones.
What prompts and reminders do you use for opening the eyes of your mind and heart?
Thank you for reading Today's Touchstone reflections. Whether or we have ever met, whether or not you have ever
written to me, I feel a special connection between us and among us all.
With love,
Charlene
