Imagine sending out, right now, ahead of all your steps, ribbons of such energy. These ribbons flow from all that is good in your heart, from the real you, the best you. And they flow into every moment. 

Now and then throughout the day, pause and notice your thoughts, feelings, and intentions. If needed, refresh and renew your heart. Return to
