“Leap, and the net will appear.”
- Julia Margaret Cameron
At times we all encounter unknowns and things not yet tested, or not yet experienced by us. Such times often hold healing, growth, and great potential.
Sometimes we leap into new conditions with enthusiasm and confidence; sometimes we tiptoe with caution and hope. Either way, we proceed with a degree of faith.
For times when faith seems shaky or small, here's one way we can steady ourselves:
Start with remembering that even with faith the size of a mustard seed we can face fears and do amazing things.
Remember that you are divinely loved and valued. In fact, "at the moment you took your first breath, a great celebration was held in the heavens and twelve magnificent gifts were granted to you."* Faith is among them.
While intending to trust what is unfolding in your life, imagine a love-packed parachute placed on your back. It's been secured with care. A net, woven with love, stardust, and moon light is beneath you. This net is as soft as a baby blanket yet strong, like a sparkling diamond.
Even if you fail or fall, you will be carried with love, by love.
Always,
Charlene
