What is this sense of homecoming? I think it happens when the beauty outside us and the beauty inside us recognize each other and brighten with delight. It's like friends who find each other after searching in a crowd. There's relief, gratitude, joyful embracing, and a sense of homecoming.
I hope someday soon we will be better at seeing beauty in others, in ourselves, and everywhere.
About this hunger. Besides beauty, hearts hunger for hope. Souls hunger for respect, for peace and a promising future.
Many among us hunger for food now too.
