I love how this quote takes me by surprise. Does the notion of doubting not what you can do, but what you can't do take you by surprise? 

As Christopher Robin said to Winnie the Pooh,
Always remember…you're braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. 

Are you willing to see the beauty, wisdom, courage, hope, compassion...all of life's gifts wondrously present and active  in you?

Please be open to three things today:
Being surprised. Questioning limiting beliefs we hold about ourselves.
Seeing things differently.
