Life is short. To short to be small as one recent touchstone said. And as Leo Buscaglia advises: Let’s get on with living and loving. We don’t have forever.

So let's drop judgments and grudges and accept one another, from kin closest to us outward to embrace all humanity.

Growing in so many different directions, we are all over the place, literally and figuratively. We are spread far and wide in where we live and in how we see some things. 

But instead of fighting over differences, we can become a strong healthy family that respects each member, seeks to understand different perspectives, and finds ways to live in harmony, productively. 
 

Theologian Paul Tillich said we are all rooted in the "Ground of All Being." Being a tree-lover, I appreciate this image of us.
