Dear Friends,
Remember yesterday's touchstone? It included this from the poet, Rumi:
"If you keep your heart open through everything, your pain can become your greatest ally in your life's search for love and wisdom."
And I had said that I would write more about it in a blog, which would include something I had shied away from sharing.
I just wrote that blog. In it I share three examples. One is about a time I stifled an opportunity to let pain lead to deeper love.
I hope that these and all our shared stories lead us to greater compassion, to healings, to deeper love, and to wisdom.
