The wind, the rain, the storms of life shape us too. The sun, the moon, the clouds...we are affecting by what's happening outside of us but more so by how we weather everything from the inside.
A wise and helpful perspective is to make seeing things in new ways our destination. We can travel far by looking for beauty and strength within us and in the world. Look for opportunities, too. They are always abundant, but often we have to look at things differently to recognize them.
Right now, can you find the Sedona red rock formation called "God's Chair"? Whether or not you do, can you believe that, like Sedona's rocks, you have great strength and beauty?
