Dr. Siegel wrote this about cancer survivors. But they are the qualities of survivors - thrivers - of every kind of challenge.
We've all survivors of challenge, most likely more than one.
As we face one in common, although it requires us to respond in some ways we're not used to, it's always wise to hold hope, be smart, follow guidelines, and stay safe. Be honest about feelings. Make the most of each day. Look for beauty, find humor, notice things we appreciate, and for them give thanks. Be warm and kind from a distance. Call upon courage and strength. You have them within you. Take good care. Love yourself
too.
May we all thrive,
Charlene
