To the extent you can, get some vitamin N(ature) today. Spend at least five minutes in nature, at least outdoors. Notice sights, scents, sounds, and the touch of warmth, or cold, or a breeze on your face...the part that isn't covered. Truly, while following guidelines to be safe, take measures to be healthy in body, mind, and spirit. The senses, especially when we experience them while we are in nature, are
valuable and can help us to heal, to resolve problems, to dream, and to fulfill our dreams.
