Whether of not we feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, or provide practical help of any kind to people hurting and in need, we can make a difference in the lives of many by greeting everyone we encounter with respect, warmth, and kindness. 

Let's open our hearts and treat ourselves and all others with acceptance and dignity. Love too.
